A4 is a devised theatre performance freely inspired by the Disciplinary Society by Michael Foucault applied in a work environment context. The performance aims to explore our notions of communication/ information and the confusion caused by their misunderstanding.
The work investigates the psychotic phenomena of 'sharing' in social networks as a place for personal confessions and the crackdown on media controlling power.
Audience members become part of the panoptic system and everyone is under strict surveillance: watching is performing.
Maps of Speeches: coding spatial relationship through sounds and verbal communication as methodologies to record drama and generate performance space.
